Materials

Instructions

Main Shop Body (Walls):

Using Cream yarn, chain 13.

Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across, turn (12 sts).

Rows 2-12: Ch 1, sc across, turn (12 sts). This forms the flat rectangular base.

Round 13 (Walls): Ch 1, work sc evenly around the entire perimeter of the rectangle (40 sts total). Join with a sl st to the first st.

Rounds 14-25: Sc in each st around (40 sts). Fasten off cream yarn.

Textured Shingled Roof:

Attach Brown yarn to the front loops of Round 25. To create the scallop roof shingles: [Ch 1, skip 1 st, 5 dc in the next st, skip 1 st, sl st in next st] repeat this sequence around to create the lower shingle layer. Stuff the body firmly with fiberfill before crocheting the inner back loops together to seal the top of the shop flat, then work additional rows of shell stitches in brown to overlay the roof slope.

Awning (Pink & White Striped):
