Materials

• Sport weight cotton yarn in Off-White/Cream and Light Brown
• Metallic gold embroidery thread or thin gold yarn
• 2.0 mm crochet hook
• Two 5mm black safety eyes
• Polyester fiberfill stuffing
• Keychain ring with chain
• Small gold bead
• Yarn needle, embroidery needle, and scissors
• Pink blush for the cheeks (optional)

Instructions

Head (with Cream Yarn):

• Rnd 1: 6 sc in a magic ring (6)

Hair Cap (with Light Brown Yarn):

• Rnd 5-8: sc around (24)

• Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing. Place on the head and sew securely in place.

Arms (with Cream Yarn – Make 2):

• Fasten off, leaving a tail. Do not stuff. Sew to the sides of the body right below the neck.

Wings (with Cream Yarn – Make 2):

• Row 1: Ch 6. Starting in the 2nd ch from the hook, sc in next 4 ch, 3 sc in the last ch. Turn to work down the opposite side of the chain: sc in next 3 ch, ch 1, turn.
• Row 2: sc in next 4 sts, (sc, ch 1, sc) in the corner stitch, sc in next 4 sts, ch 2, turn.
• Row 3: sl st in 2nd ch from hook, sc in next 3 sts, hdc in next 2 sts, sl st to finish.
• Fasten off, leaving a long tail. Sew the wings onto the back of the angel’s dress.

Halo (with Gold Metallic Thread):

• Ch 12, join with a sl st to the first chain to form a ring.
• Rnd 1: ch 1, work 15 sc inside the loop, join with a sl st to the first sc.
• Fasten off, leaving a tail to sew to the top of the hair.

Assembly & Details:

• Sew the head to the body.
• Sew the arms to the sides and the wings to the back.
• Stitch the golden halo on top of the head.
• Using gold thread, sew a small gold bead to the center of the chest and embroider a tiny bow on the bottom right corner of the dress.
• Embroider a small, gentle mouth with thin brown or black thread.
• Apply a tiny bit of pink blush to the cheeks just below the eyes.
• Securely attach the keychain loop to the top center of the head.
