Materials

Instructions

This pattern creates individual flower and leaf motifs, which are then assembled onto a main chain to form the bracelet.

Flower Bud (Make 3 Pink, 3 Yellow, or desired quantity)

• Using Flower Color A (Light Pink) or B (Light Yellow), make a magic ring (or ch 2).
• Round 1: Work 5 dc into the magic ring (or 2nd ch from hook). Sl st into the top of the first dc to join and close the bud.
• FO, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Small Leaf (Make 6-10, or desired quantity)

• Using Leaf Color (Light Green), ch 5.
• Row 1: Sl st into the 2nd ch from hook, sc in the next ch, hdc in the next ch, sl st in the last ch.
• FO, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Bracelet Assembly

• Using Main Chain Color (Cream/Off-White), ch 50-60 (this will form one tie end and the beginning of the bracelet base). Adjust chain length as desired for wrist size and tie length.
• Now, you will attach the flowers and leaves. A suggested sequence is: 1 Flower (with 2 leaves), then ch 5-7, then another Flower (with 2 leaves), and so on, alternating flower colors.
• To attach a Flower and Leaves:
  1. Carefully position your first flower bud onto the cream chain. Using the tapestry needle and the long tail from the flower, sew the base of the flower securely to one of the chain stitches on the cream base.
  2. Take two green leaves. Using their long tails, sew them onto the cream chain, positioned slightly below and to the sides of the flower bud, mimicking a natural leaf placement. Secure them firmly.
  3. Once the flower and two leaves are attached, ch 5-7 stitches in the Main Chain Color (Cream/Off-White) to create space before the next motif.
