Assembly

Attach Features to Front Panel: Sew the Belly Patch onto the lower center of the Front Panel. Sew the Arms to the sides of the front panel, positioning them at roughly R10-12 of the panel. Sew the Legs to the bottom of the front panel, roughly R5-7 of the panel. Sew the Ears to the top of the head section, approximately between R18-19.
Join Body Panels with Gusset: Take the Gusset. Decide on the length of your top opening (e.g., 20 cm). Starting from one side of the opening, use the long tail from the Front Panel to sew the Gusset along the entire perimeter of the Front Panel, around the bottom, and up to the other side of the opening.
Lightly stuff the bear as you go to help maintain its shape, especially the head and face area.
Using the long tail from the Gusset, sew the Back Panel to the other side of the Gusset, matching the top opening length.
