Straps (Blue Yarn):

• Ch 80 (adjust length as desired for crossbody or shoulder bag).
• Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook, sc across. Ch 1, turn. (79 sts)
• Row 2: Sc across. Ch 1, turn. (79 sts)
• FO, leaving long tails for sewing.

Assembly:

• Sew the Red Inner Ear onto the Blue Outer Ear for both ears. Fold each ear slightly at the base.
• Sew the white snout to the front center of the bag, positioning it below the zipper opening.
• Sew the red nose onto the top center of the white snout.
• Attach the two white eye bases above the snout, symmetrically.
• Cut or adhere your sparkly red material for the eye pupils and attach them to the center of the white eye bases.
• Using black embroidery floss, carefully embroider the whiskers (three on each side) and the mouth onto the white snout as pictured.
• Sew the finished ears to the top corners of the bag body, where the flat top sections begin.
• Insert and hand-sew the zipper into the opening at the top of the bag, aligning with the flat rows worked earlier.
• Securely sew the ends of the blue straps to the sides of the bag, roughly aligned with the zipper opening, for a balanced crossbody fit.
• Weave in all remaining ends.
