Assembly for Hat

Sew the white brim to the bottom edge of the red hat cone.

Scarf (Red and Green yarn)

Using Red yarn, ch 4.

Assembly

Sew the head to the body.
Sew the four flippers to the body, two on each side, positioning them to look like the seal is resting.
Using black embroidery floss, embroider small eyebrows above the safety eyes, a small triangular nose on the muzzle, a small smiling mouth below the nose, and whiskers on either side of the muzzle.
Place the Santa hat on the seal’s head and secure with a few stitches if desired.
Wrap the scarf around the seal’s neck and tie it loosely.
