Instructions

Note: Skirt is worked in the round from the top down. Join each round with a sl st to the first stitch, then ch 1 (does not count as a stitch) or ch 2 (does not count as a stitch) as appropriate.

Waistband (Red)

Round 1: With CC1 (Red), ch enough stitches to comfortably fit around your natural waist (make sure chain is a multiple of 2 for potential ribbing if desired), join with sl st to first ch to form a ring. Be careful not to twist.
Rounds 2-5: Ch 1, hdc in BLO of each stitch around. Join with sl st. (Adjust height as desired).

Skirt Body (Upper Section)

Attaching Appliques & Festive Pattern
