With Forest Green yarn, ch 6.

Sc around the edges of the square to form a cleaner edge. Join with sl st.
Fold the square into a small bag shape and sew the sides.
Cut a long piece of Bright Red yarn for the strap and sew to the sides of the bag.
With Bright Red yarn, create a small bow and sew to the front of the bag.

Finishing and Assembly

Sew the arms to the sides of the body, just below the neck.
Sew the legs to the bottom of the body.
Sew the wig cap with hair to the top of the head.
Embroider a small V-shape for the eyelashes above the safety eyes with black yarn.
Embroider a small straight line or curved line for the mouth with black yarn.
