Instructions

CUP BODY (Start with Light Brown yarn)

• Rnd 1: Make a MR, sc 6 into the ring. (6 sts)

• Rnd 2: Inc in each st around. (12 sts)

• Rnd 3: (Sc 1, inc) repeat 6 times. (18 sts)

• Rnd 4: (Sc 2, inc) repeat 6 times. (24 sts)

• Rnd 5-12: Sc in each st around. (24 sts) – This forms the sides of the cup.

• Sl st to the next st, FO, leaving a long tail for sewing.

WHIPPED CREAM TOP (Start with Cream/Off-White yarn)

• Rnd 1: Make a MR, sc 6 into the ring. (6 sts)

• Rnd 2: Inc in each st around. (12 sts)

• Rnd 3: (Sc 1, inc) repeat 6 times. (18 sts)

• Rnd 4: (Sc 2, inc) repeat 6 times. (24 sts)

• Rnd 5: Sc in each st around. (24 sts)

• Sl st to the next st, FO, leaving a long tail for sewing.

HANDLE (With Light Brown yarn)

• Ch 10.

• Row 1: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. (9 sts)

• Row 2: Ch 1, turn. Sc in each st across. (9 sts)

• FO, leaving long tails for sewing.

ASSEMBLY

• Stuff the Cup: Lightly stuff the Cup Body with fiberfill. Do not overstuff, keep its shape firm but soft.

• Attach Whipped Cream Top: Place the Whipped Cream Top onto the Cup Body, aligning the edges. Using the long tail from the Whipped Cream Top, sew it securely to the top edge of the Cup Body. Before fully closing, add a tiny bit more stuffing if needed to maintain the dome shape.

• Embroider Sprinkles: Using Dark Brown yarn and a tapestry needle, embroider small straight stitches or French knots onto the Whipped Cream Top to resemble chocolate sprinkles. Refer to the image for placement.

• Embroider Heart: Using Cream/Off-White yarn and a tapestry needle, surface embroider a small heart shape onto the front side of the Cup Body. Refer to the image for placement.

• Attach Handle: Using the long tails from the handle, position it on the side of the cup and sew each end firmly to the cup body, creating the mug handle shape. Make sure it’s secure.

• Attach Keyring: Attach the keyring to the top loop of the handle with a secure stitch or directly through the top edge of the cup where the handle is attached.
