Head:

Using Light Brown yarn:

• Rnd 2: inc in each st around (12)
• Rnd 3: (1 sc, inc) x6 (18)

• Rnd 5: (3 sc, inc) x6 (30)
• Rnd 6: (4 sc, inc) x6 (36)
• Rnd 7-12: sc around (36)
• Rnd 13: (4 sc, dec) x6 (30)

Stuff firmly with fiberfill and fasten off.

Snout:

Using Cream yarn:

• Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc (6)

Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing. Embroider a small pink triangle nose in the center.

Ears (Make 2):

Using Light Brown yarn:

• Rnd 1: MR, 4 sc (4)

• Rnd 4: (3 sc, inc) x2 (10)
• Rnd 5: sc around (10)

Fasten off, leave a tail. Flatten and sew to the sides of the head.

Antlers (Make 2):

Using Cream yarn:

Ch 5, sc in 2nd ch from hook and next 3 ch. Do not fasten off, ch 3, sc in 2nd ch from hook and next ch, sl st back to the main stem. Fasten off, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Body & Legs:

Legs (Make 2, starting in Cream):

• Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc (6)
• Rnd 2: sc around (6)
• Switch to Light Brown yarn:
• Rnd 3-5: sc around (6)

Fasten off first leg. Do not cut yarn of second leg, chain 2 and join to the first leg with a sc. This counts as the first stitch of the body.

Body:

• Rnd 6: 6 sc around first leg, 2 sc in the chains, 6 sc around second leg, 2 sc in opposite side of chains (16)
• Rnd 7-11: sc around (16)
• Rnd 12: (2 sc, dec) x4 (12)

Stuff the body firmly and fasten off, leaving a tail.

Belly Patch:

Using Cream yarn:

• Rnd 1: MR, 6 sc (6)
• Rnd 2: inc x6 (12)
• Rnd 3: (1 sc, inc) x6 (18)

Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.

Assembly:

Sew the head to the body. Attach the belly patch to the front of the body. Sew the snout to the lower middle portion of the face. Embroider sleepy curved eyes and lashes using black thread. Sew the ears and antlers to the top of the head. Attach the keyring securely to the top center of the head.
