Note on Construction: This crop top is constructed by first crocheting the circular central mandala panel containing the Eagle design and soccer balls. Once the central mandala is complete, the upper yoke, sleeves, and lower waist band are worked off the sides in rows and rounds using the Main Color (Black).

Step 1: The Central Eagle Emblem Panel
Using CC2 (Gold) and a 3.0 mm hook, start with a magic ring.
