With light blue yarn: Round 1: 6 sc in MR (6) Round 2: (sc, inc) x3 (9) Rounds 3–18: sc around (9) Fasten off, stuff lightly, and sew evenly spaced around the underside of the body.
Pom-Poms (make 8 total):
Use pink, yellow, and light blue yarn. Mix and match colors for fun.
