Materials

Instructions

Sunflower Center (Brown Yarn)

• Start with a Magic Ring (MR).
• Rnd 1: Ch 1 (does not count as a stitch), work 8 sc into the MR. Join with a sl st to the first sc. (8 sc)
• Fasten off brown yarn.

Sunflower Petals (Yellow Yarn)

• Join bright yellow yarn to any sc stitch from Rnd 1 of the center.
• Rnd 2: *Ch 2, work 2 dc into the same sc stitch, ch 2, sl st into the next sc stitch.* Repeat from * 8 times around, forming 8 distinct petals. Join with a sl st to the beginning.

Side Loops for Cord (Yellow Yarn)
