Assembly
- Attach Face Patch: Sew the Cream Face Patch onto the front of the Head/Body. Position it centrally.
- Add Eyes and Nose: If using safety eyes, insert them through the face patch and into the head, symmetrically. Embroider a small black nose in the center of the face patch below the eyes. Embroider a small smile.
- Attach Ears: Sew the Brown Ears to the top sides of the head.
- Prepare Pouch: Insert the zipper into the top opening of the green pouch. Hand-sew or machine-sew the zipper securely in place.
- Attach Sleeves to Pouch: Sew the open end of each green sleeve piece to the sides of the green pouch, where the arms will emerge. Ensure they are placed symmetrically.
- Attach Arms and Legs: Sew the stuffed Brown Arms to the body, tucking the top into the green sleeves of the pouch. Similarly, sew the Brown Legs to the bottom of the body, also tucking them into the bottom of the green pouch. Ensure the cream ‘claws’ face forward.
- Integrate Sloth into Pouch: Carefully insert the main sloth body into the green pouch. Stitch the green pouch to the main sloth body, allowing the sloth’s head to emerge from the top and its limbs to pass through the sleeves. Secure the pouch firmly to the sloth’s belly area, making sure the zipper is accessible.
- Attach Strap: Thread the brown webbing strap through the sides of the green pouch, near the top where the zipper is. Adjust the buckle and secure the strap ends by sewing them onto the pouch or passing them through strap loops if your buckle includes them.
Your adorable Crochet Sloth Fanny Pack is now complete! Enjoy your new companion.
