Assembly Instructions

This is where you bring all the beautiful motifs together to form your necklace.

• Step 1: Lay Out Motifs: Lay out the Central V-Motif as the lowest point. Arrange 3 Side Motifs on each side, forming a symmetrical ‘V’ shape.
• Step 2: Join Motifs: Using a tapestry needle and the tails from the Side Motifs (or new thread), carefully sew the picots of adjacent motifs together. Join the top-most side picot of the Central V-Motif to a picot on the first Side Motif on each side. Then join the Side Motifs to each other, connecting two picots from one to two picots of the next, aiming for a smooth curve. Ensure the beaded picots align nicely. Weave in all loose ends.
• Step 3: Top Edging: Reattach your thread with a sl st to the topmost picot of the outermost Side Motif on one side. *Ch 3, slide 1 bead close to hook, ch 1 to secure bead, ch 3, sl st into the topmost picot of the next joined motif*. Continue this across the top of the necklace until you reach the outermost motif on the other side.
