Instructions

Note: This pattern uses fine crochet thread and a small hook to achieve a delicate, lace-like finish. String all Cream/Pearl beads onto your Sage Green thread before beginning. String Gold/Dark Green beads onto Blush Pink thread for the flower centers.

Small Pink Flower (Make 7-9 depending on desired length)

• With Blush Pink thread, ch 4, join with sl st to form a ring.
• Round 1: Ch 1, 8 sc into ring, join with sl st to first sc. (8 sc)
• Round 2 (Petals): *Ch 3, 1 dc in next sc, ch 3, sl st into same sc. Rep from * 7 more times. You should have 8 small petals. Fasten off, weave in ends.

Large Motif (Make 2)

• Row 5: Work a series of ch-3 picots and scs along the edge, incorporating beads as desired, to create a lacy, leaf-like edge. For example: *Sc in next st, ch 3, sl st in 3rd ch (picot), B-sc in next 2 sts*. Rep around the edges of the motif. This motif will be shaped to connect to flowers.
• Shape the motif to have a slightly curved, organic feel. You will be attaching a pink flower to the wider part.

Medium Motif (Make 2)

Similar to the large motif but slightly smaller, perhaps starting with ch 8 and adjusting the stitch counts in Row 1. These will connect the larger motifs to the neck strap.

Beaded Chain Connectors (Make various small pieces)
