Instructions

Gauge:

One finished granny square (4 rounds) should measure approximately 6×6 inches (15×15 cm).

Part 1: Basic Granny Square (BGS)

• Using Hook H/5.0mm.
• Rnd 1: Make a magic ring, ch3 (counts as first dc), 2dc into ring, ch2. *3dc into ring, ch2*. Rep from * two more times. Sl st to top of first ch3 to join. (4 ‘3dc’ clusters, 4 ch2-spaces)
• Rnd 2: Ch3. In first ch2-sp: (2dc, ch2, 3dc). *Ch1, in next ch2-sp: (3dc, ch2, 3dc)*. Rep from * two more times. Ch1, sl st to top of first ch3 to join.
