Sl st to join, FO Grey yarn.
Join Orange yarn to any stitch.

Sl st to join, FO, leaving a long tail for sewing.
Using Grey yarn and a yarn needle, embroider a star-like or gear-like pattern onto the center grey portion of each circle, as seen in the image.

Assembly

Carefully pin the head to the top of the body, ensuring it’s centered. Using the long tail from the head, sew the head securely to the body.
Arrange the circular appliques on the body as seen in the image, alternating between the orange with grey detail and grey with orange border circles. Pin them in place.
Using the long tails from the appliques, sew them securely onto the body. Weave in all remaining ends.
