Instructions

Get ready to crochet your very own miniature retro television! Follow these steps carefully for a perfect result.

Main Body Panels (Make 2 – Light Blue)

• Row 1: Ch 16. Sc in the 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. (15 sc)
• Rows 2-15: Ch 1, turn. Sc in each st across. (15 sc)
• FO, leaving a long tail on one panel for assembly. Weave in ends on the other panel.

Screen (Make 1 – Gray)

• Row 1: Ch 10. Sc in the 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. (9 sc)
• Rows 2-9: Ch 1, turn. Sc in each st across. (9 sc)
• FO, leaving a long tail for assembly.

Screen Border (Make 1 – White)

• Row 1: Ch 12. Sc in the 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. (11 sc)
• Rows 2-11: Ch 1, turn. Sc in each st across. (11 sc)
• FO, leaving a long tail for assembly.

Antennae (Make 2 – Light Blue)

• Ch 4. Sl st into the first ch to form a loop.
• Round 1: Sc 4 into the loop (or around the chain if easier). (4 sc)
• Rounds 2-4: Sc in each st around. (4 sc)
• FO, leaving a long tail for sewing. Do not stuff.

Knob (Make 1 – Yellow)

• Start with a MR. Sc 6 into the ring. Sl st to the first sc to join. (6 sc)
• FO, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Buttons (Make 2 – Black)

• Start with a MR. Sc 4 into the ring. Sl st to the first sc to join. (4 sc)
• FO, leaving a long tail for sewing.

Assembly

1. Prepare the Front Panel: Take one of the Light Blue Body Panels.
2. Assemble the Screen: Center and sew the Gray Screen onto the White Screen Border using the long tail from the Gray Screen.
3. Attach Screen Assembly: Center and sew the combined Gray Screen and White Screen Border onto the Light Blue Body Panel (this will be your front panel). Use the long tail from the White Screen Border.
4. Embroider Details: Using black yarn and a tapestry needle, embroider two small, slightly curved lines on the Gray Screen to mimic static. Then, embroider the letters "ON/OFF" in black above the right side of where the knob will be, on the white border.
5. Attach Small Details: Sew the Yellow Knob to the right of the screen on the Light Blue body panel. Then, sew the two Black Buttons directly below the yellow knob, spaced slightly apart.
6. Join Body Panels: Place the prepared Front Body Panel and the plain Back Body Panel together, wrong sides facing. Using Light Blue yarn and a crochet hook, single crochet around the edges of the panels to join them, working 3 sc in each corner for neatness. Leave a small opening.
7. Stuffing: Firmly stuff the TV body with polyester fiberfill.
8. Close Body: Continue to sc to close the remaining opening. Sl st to join and FO, weave in the end.
9. Attach Antennae: Sew the two Light Blue Antennae to the top center of the TV body, slightly angled outwards as shown in the image.
10. Final Touch: Attach the keychain ring to the top of the TV, ensuring it’s securely fastened through the crochet fabric.
