Materials

• Sport weight cotton yarn in Royal Blue, Bright Yellow, and Crimson Red

Instructions

Ribbed Waistband:

Using Red yarn, chain 16. Switch to Royal Blue on the last loop of the chain. Row 1: Hdc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across. Turn. Row 2: Ch 1, hdc in blo of each st across. Repeat Row 2 until the band is long enough to comfortably fit around your waist (approx. 70-80 rows for Size S/M). Sl st the short ends together to form a tube. Finish the bottom edge with a round of sc using Red yarn.

Body Section:

Join Royal Blue yarn to the top edge of the waistband. Round 1: Work 1 sc in the end of each ribbed row around. Join with sl st. Round 2: Ch 2, dc in each st around. Join. Rounds 3-5: Continue in dc using Royal Blue.

Stripe Detail Section:

Sew the ‘Les Léopards’ embroidered patch securely to the center of the chest using matching blue sewing thread or fabric glue. Weave in all loose ends securely.
