Using Color A:

Next Row (WS): Hdc in each hdc st across. Ch 1, turn. (54 sts)

Now work each side of the V-neck separately:

First Side:

Finishing

Seaming Sides: Place Front and Back panels with RS together. Using Color A and a tapestry needle or sc, seam up each side from the bottom for approximately 4-6 inches (10-15 cm), leaving the remaining side open for lacing.
Halter Straps (Make 2): Using Color B and Color C, cut 3 strands of each color, each about 40 inches (100 cm) long. Hold 3 strands (1 of each color) together, ch 70-80 (or desired length). Make another identical chain. Braid 3 strands of Color B and 3 strands of Color C together for a more substantial braided strap, approximately 20-25 inches (50-60 cm) long. Attach one end to each top corner of the Front Panel.
Side Lacing (Make 2): Using Color B and Color C, ch 100-120 (or desired length for lacing). Thread one chain through the open sides of the panels, criss-crossing for a decorative finish.
Edging: With Color A, join with a sl st to any point along the top edge or armhole. Sc evenly around the entire top edge (neckline, armholes, back). Join with sl st and FO.
Add Embellishments: Using sewing needle and matching thread, carefully sew small clear seed beads or sequins onto the center of the snowflake motifs and onto the Christmas tree motifs as ornaments, as seen in the image.
